For new employees, we prepare a starter package necessary for your employee to start working. HR documents are kept and archived in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Labor Code.
We will register your employee and his family members with ZUS. After termination of the employment relationship, we will deregister the employee within the prescribed period.
We monitor the validity of medical examinations, occupational health and safety training, and leave limits. We will inform you well in advance about the expiry of any of the documents mentioned.
We offer support in contact with external institutions. In the event of an inspection by ZUS or the National Labor Inspectorate, we offer assistance in representing your company.
